Flavour: typical, tangy but well balanced. Recommended with: served at 8-10°C it is particularly with starters and with not overly elaborate main courses od white or red meat. Serving Temperature/Method: serve at a temperature of 10-12°C. Storage: keep in a cool place away from sources of light. Bottled life: 12 months.
