		Sauvignon D.O.C. Friuli Grave 0,750 Litre Bottle Colour: straw-yellow with bright green reflections. Bouquet: ample and pronounced, typically aromatic, reminiscent of spicy green peppers. Flavour: dry taste, full and well-flavoured, spicy, lingering aftertaste reminiscent of green peppers when young. Recommended with: excellent with pasta or soup, fish starters and mixed fish grills. Serving Temperature/Method: serve at a temperature of 10-12°C. Storage: keep in a cool place away from sources of light. Bottled life: 18 months.
