Bouquet: characteristic and intense with a distinct smell of marasca cherries. Flavour: sweet yet suitably tannic flavour recalling the extremely pleasant taste of marasca cherries. Recommended with: an excellent complement for sweets with non-leavened pastry, such as short pastry sweet fruit tarts, as well as for traditional local biscuits and Fregolotta cake.
