Prosecco is the most characteristic wine of the hill of Treviso and it holds the best of the tastes and of the fragrances of this generous and kind land. The D.O.C. zone of production stretches between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, for fifteen districts and more than three-thousand hectares of vineyard. A balanced and harmonic wine, with a typical perfume of apple and acacia flowers, Prosecco is made in three differen types: calm, sparkling and extra dry sparkling. It is fully appreciated at the temperature of 7-10°C, it is very good as an aperitif and its best dining combinations are appetizers, fresh soups and fish dishes, but it is also ideal in any other time of the day. |
