The main function of the Contactum commercial platform is to co-ordinate all the aspect related to the promotion of the firms who have agreed and subscribed the Contactum project. Its main goal is to manage and select different contacts.
The main role of Contactum is to intermediate between agents and companies a part of granting the retribution of representatives and staff.
What is your goal?
In accordance with your professional experience and with your background, Contactum will assign you one or more companies for which you will identify new clients in the area of your competence. You will have full autonomy and the chance to organise your time as you prefer. You can profit of this occasion to check your attitudes in doing business. We can put the basis together for a long term relationship!
How will Contactum remunerate you?
Contactum remunerates his representatives in two different phases:

the first phase takes place when the representative makes a "profitable contact". For "profitable contact" we intend any contact made from one Contactum' representative with a new firm really interested in starting a business relationship with one of the firm we represent (see contract between representative and Contactum).

The retribution of the second phase will correspond to the commission that the representative will establish with Contactum.

This mechanism will guard the work developed by the representatives. The representative demonstration to have made the contact will be sufficient to request a commission at the contract sign between the firm promoted and the one he has individuated.

Business procurement contract, please find below the terms of the agreement you will have to subscribe in order to become a Contactum on-line agent:
  1. Sending the application form does not automatically imply that you will be enrolled. After examining your form, Contactum may choose or discard the candidate.
  2. In case that Contactum will find out that the information you gave either false or partial, your appointment will automatically decade if already assigned or will not be started at all. In any case the candidate will be informed whether his application has been accepted or not.
  3. The candidate commits himself to respect all the agreement terms. In case of violations of one or more points of the agreement, Contactum reserves itself the right to withdraw the appointment entrusted to the agent and to act legally against him in case of damages.
  4. The candidate commits himself to act in the interest of Contactum and the firms that it represents and to act in the way suggested by Contactum.
  5. It is forbidden to the agent to act autonomously, with the aim to avoid the co-ordination function of Contactum and to propose himself to the clients as substitute of Contactum.
  6. The candidates commits himself not to apply to any initiative similar to Contactum's, with whom he is linked exclusively.
  7. The co-operation between Contactum and the agent can end at any time. Both parts must send notice to the other 30 days before the expected end of the relationship.
  8. Contactum must pay the agent an agreed upon fee for every profitable contact created. It is defined a profitable contact every contact made by the agent with a new firm. The firm must fill and send back the form enclosed in the web homepage of the company promoted by the agent. The contacted firm must express clearly its interest in developing business relationships with the company proposed. No other mechanism different from the one just described will bring the agent the payment of the fee. The sum of the profitable contacts made by the agent will be done monthly end and the money will be transferred to the agent in the manner more suitable to him at the end of every month.
  9. Contactum will supply the agent with all the information necessary to fulfil his task, that is: activity areas of the company to represent, management of the contacts created, etc.
  10. The agent must send to Contactum a carbon copy of every contact-request sent to the companies. Any other form different from e-mail messages will not be accepted.
These are the terms of the agreement clear and effective for both parties.

SIf you send the application form, Contactum will contact you to communicate the result of your request and the detailed information to become a Contactum agent. You will be also informed on the fee amount for each contact along together with the characteristics of the firms to be promoted.
